Fake Trustpilot Reviews
In recent times, our business has attracted the attention of competitors who are leaving fake reviews on our Trustpilot page. As of February 6, 2024, we have 4 negative reviews out of which only 1 is from a real customer. This is the best statistical proof of our client results because we all know that a dissatisfied customer is 10 times more likely to leave a negative review, yet we only have 1 real negative review after serving thousands of customers.
On top of this, I, Jerry Reid (the owner of the firm), am giving $10,000 to anyone who can show that the news feature sites we get them gets zero traffic. For anyone who has ever emailed us, whether they were a client or merely inquired with us, I’ll also send them $10,000 for each instance where they had a question for us and we didn’t respond within 24 hours. The email must contain a question because when a client says ‘No, thank you’ or ‘Let me think about it’, we respect their decision and leave them to be. These 2 ‘challenges’ I’m putting out should address the 2 claims that the fake reviews are making.
Below is a screenshot to show that they are getting verified without even a valid email, and a video recording of the email provided from within Trustpilot. I have blocked out the phone number because that phone number doesn’t belong to him but may be a real number belonging to someone else.
This last review written really shows that he isn’t a genuine customer because his initial review states “I am also ready to verify my information”, showing that he knows how to use a fake email but can send some falsified info to get verified – very confident of gaming the system and very eager to do so. If my first response to him was that he wasn’t a genuine customer, then he edited his reply to include that line, that’s totally understandable. But he’s already worried, start off wanting to verify himself, and shows concern for the supposed harassment of other reviewers before him, which seems to indicate some kind of previous interaction with us as if this wasn’t his first review.
